Creepy Doll Halloween Makeup Tutorial
Posted by Stacey Perry on
Every year around Halloween, it seems we many requests for a Creepy Doll. Whether you are creating this look for private bookings or maybe just on yourself this Halloween, you'll find this look easy to create and still turn a few heads.
Here's what you'll need:
Mehron White Paradise Face Paint
Ben Nye Violet Pressed Powder Eye Shadow
Ben Nye Lumiere Grande Colour Starry Night Compact
Mehron Black Paradise Face Paint
Mehron Red Paradise Face Paint
Eye Lashes and Lash Glue
Ruby Red Professional Makeup Applicator
Mehron Mark Reid Signature Round Brush #4
Optional: Self Adhesive Plastic Face & Body Blings
Here's how to apply:
Load your #4 round brush with Paradise White and paint just underneath the eye. You will want the white to get smaller towards the inside of the eye.
Next, take your Ruby Red makeup applicator and apply your Wineberry blush to the eyelids and just underneath the white. You are creating a wide eyed doll appearance.
Continue with your Makeup applicator and begin adding your Ben Nye Violet to the eyes.
Then, change to your Ben Nye Starry Night and add that to the eyes. This just creates multiple dimensions to your design.
Still using your makeup applicator and Ben Nye Starry Night, begin shading in the doll's cheeks.
Be sure to shade the below the cheeks you created so the cheekbones pop. Next, use your makeup applicator and Wineberry to create rosy cheeks.
Then, load your #4 round brush with Paradise black and paint the doll's eyebrows.
Then, load your #4 round brush with Paradise White and paint swirls on each cheek, right on top of the blush. Next, load your filbert brush with Paradise White and paint the doll's teeth. the doll's top teeth should start on your bottom lip and the bottom teeth will need to be painted on the chin. Be sure to leave room for the bottom lip.
Next, load your #4 round brush with Paradise Red and paint the top and bottom lips as shown.
Then, you will load your #4 round brush with Paradise Black and paint the mouth. You will also want to shade the edges of the teeth.
From here, it's all about glamming up the design. Using lash glue and two sets of eyelashes, apply the lashes to the top lid and also on the bottom edge of the white. You can add your gems to outside and inside corner of the eyes.
And finally, a wig to complete the look.
