I just love doing universe designs because they are so easy to do, yet very effective and there are a lot of different techniques to achieve this look. Here I will show you how to do it using your fingers!
Half Face Universe Design Tutorial
For this look, I used Kraze FX Fundamentals palette. I painted half of my face in black.
I started applying pink from Kraze FX Fundamentals palette with my finger. It is very easy, jut make sure that the black paint is dry and tap over it with your finger dipped in water and then swirl in the color. You should tap it over and over again like you are blending color.
I used mainly light and dark blue, pink, and orange from Kraze FX Fundamentals palette. Feel free to dab with a finger all over the place without worrying about going over other colors.
With wet wipes, I wiped the paint off in circle shapes, where I want to place the planets, and then with white paint and a flat brush I painted white circles. Using a pink, orange or blue colors from Kraze FX Fundamentals palette I added some details to the planets.
My favorite part is making stardust. I do it by dipping a toothbrush in water and then swirling it in white paint. Be sure that there is not too much water on the toothbrush. And you just spray the color all over the black part. If you hold the toothbrush closer to face, the 'stars' will be more dense.
And that is all. I hope you like it!
My name is Ana but on social media I use the nickname "Cedoviste," which is a combination of two words in my language: čedo (kid, child) and čudoviše (monster), and I really am monster kid - creative, silly, cheerful but also strange, creepy and scary.
I am a self-taught artist living in Montenegro, a very, very small country on the Balkans (former Yugoslavia) with around 660.000 citizens. It is very rare for people here to do body art professionally, so I work a full time job in HR and body art is my hobby that takes time as much as full time job. :D
My favorite type of expression illusion makeup body art. I just love making illusions and seeing people's reactions. I also enjoy creating different characters that are just perfect for Halloween season.
