What are my options to sort and browse products in a category?

There are several ways you can sort our listings and browse through our catalog.

    • Featured: shows featured products on top
    • Best Selling: shows best sellers on top
    • Alphabetically, A-Z: view products sorted by ascending order of name
    • Alphabetically, Z-A: view products sorted by descending order of name
    • Price, low to high: view products sorted by price, cheapest first
    • Price, high to low: view products sorted by price, most expensive first
    • Date, new to old: view products sorted by date added, newest first
    • Date, old to new: view products sorted by date added, oldest first

How do I check the status of my order?

You can view your order history by logging into your account.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We have a real time inventory on our website. We won't sell it to you if we are out of stock. On any product, you can see:

    • Quantity available for purchase
    • Estimated In-Stock date (if out of stock)

What if I wanted to order more than you have in stock?

On the product details click on the link to request more, then fill in the form letting us know the quantity requested and the date needed by. We will get back to you in 4 business days to let you know whether we can fulfill your request.

What is our backorder policy?

Our real-time inventory means that items are removed from stock as soon as we run out, but occasionally there is an error in the count so we show more than we really have. If this happens, we will notify you right away that we have cancelled the item, or to allow you to make a substitution if possible.

How do I add something to my cart without losing my order?

You can click on any link to go to home page or any desired category to continue shopping.

Why do I not see promotions for certain items in my cart?

Some promotions are only applicable to certain products. Therefore a particular coupon code or promotion might not be applicable to items in your cart.

For example, promotions do not apply for some skus that are heavily discounted already, some of them being build your own products or overage sale products (varies from time to time). Drop Ship products are also excluded from promotions.

In such cases, the promotion discount or offer will be applied only to the eligible skus in your cart.

What does this order status mean?

We have the following order statuses:

    • Pending: Sometimes an order stays pending if payment is not completed
    • Process: We have charged you for the order and we are sending it off to our warehouse
    • Completed: We have shipped the order to you (We also send an email notification of the shipment with a tracking number)

What forms of payment does accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.  Please note that your credit card statement will show a charge from our parent company, ClownAntics LLC.

We also accept Paypal, personal checks and money orders (See how to mail orders).

If you are a governmental or educational organization, we accept Purchase Orders. See our Purchase Order Policy for details.

We do not accept cash, and cannot send bills.

How do I mail in an order?

To send an order by mail, please follow these steps:

If you send credit card info, be sure to include the card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code from the back and the billing address for the card (if different). We also accept personal checks.

If I represent a governmental or educational institution, can I send you a Purchase Order?

Certainly you can send us a Purchase Order if the order is greater than $100 and we are able to verify your institution. Snd the Order Form (PDF File, Adobe Acrobat Reader Required) from our website, along with a Purchase Order on your company letterhead to us via mail, email, or fax.

How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?

After clicking the "Submit" button, you'll be taken to an order confirmation with your order number. You will also receive an email immediately after your order confirming your order as well.

Can I cancel my order after I have completed it?

If you cancel immediately, or before we have sent your order to our warehouse for processing, we are happy to cancel the order at no additional charge. We ship orders very quickly, however, which means once your order has gone to our warehouse, it is difficult to find your order among the others and cancel it. We send orders to our warehouse at 8 am EST and 1 pm EST Monday through Friday except on weekends and US holidays.

I see you don't carry this but I think you can help me. Can I place a special order? can usually special order almost any product that is carried by our manufacturers. However we are subject to the minimums and delivery times of our suppliers. No promises, but we will make every effort to meet your request.

Do you have a catalog? doesn't have a paper catalog, but we've worked hard to make our Web Site complete and accurate, and are constantly updating and adding things to it. We add or change items so often that a paper catalog would quickly be out of date, so we have focused on this website, which is easier to update and has a secure server for your shopping convenience.
